A new township will be built on 541 hectares of land in Ghaziabad, UP. A plan has been prepared in the meeting for this new township.
Under this scheme, work is being done to fulfill all the demands of the people. After completing this work as soon as possible, people will be provided facilities.
Proposal received for Harnandi Puram Township-
GDA has issued a proposal to build Harnandi Puram township. After the proposal is passed, people will be provided with flats as soon as the development work is completed.
The price of the flats will be minimal. Due to which consumers will get hotel facilities. Officials will be given the responsibility to take complete care of this township.
Retired officers will be appointed to complete the development plan on time and to take proper care of it. Consulting firms will also be appointed to guide them in completing the plans.
It has also been said that all auctions can be held on plots of land larger than two thousand square meters or more. Apart from this, the mitigation fee can be deposited in the outstanding installments.
